From Retired Golf Equipment to American Flag
Every flag begins with retired golf clubs and golf balls gathered from across the game. What follows is a hand-built process of selecting, priming, painting, finishing, and assembling — until upcycled equipment becomes a one-of-a-kind American flag.

Step One
Selecting the Clubs
Every display starts with authentic golf clubs gathered from across the game. Different club types are chosen for their shape, size, and character before being positioned to become the stripes of the finished flag.
Step Two
Preparing and Priming
The reclaimed clubs are cleaned, sanded, and primed. Years of use are stripped back to a smooth surface, ready to take paint and last for decades on a wall.

Step Three
Painting the Clubs
Each upcycled club is painted by hand in the red and white of the American flag. Multiple coats build a durable, vivid finish that holds its color over time.
Step Four
Creating the Golf Ball Stars
Golf balls that once spent years on the course are given a second life as the fifty stars of the canton. Each one is painted, detailed, and positioned by hand to give the flag its unmistakable identity.

Step Five
Assembly and Framing
Once every upcycled club and repurposed golf ball is finished, the flag is composed, aligned, and framed by hand. The result is a single, unmistakable piece — retired golf equipment, reimagined as the American flag.

A conversation piece
Built from the game. Made to be noticed.
From across the room it reads as an American flag. Up close, the upcycled clubs and reclaimed golf balls reveal themselves — and the conversation begins.
